1. Refunds/Returns

Our team at Vivanda handcrafts premium chocolates with utmost care and dedication, ensuring our products reach you in the best possible condition.

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot offer refunds or returns. Since our products are perishable, please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. However, if you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us with photographic evidence of your order within 4 hours of delivery.

Once we receive the required information, our team will look into the issue and get back to you at the earliest. However, we cannot be responsible, initiate a refund, or provide an exchange for a damaged or compromised product due to the following:

  • Delayed deliveries due to weather or other “Acts of God.”
  • Incorrect addresses. (* Please be sure to include apartment or floor numbers, as needed.)
  • Delivered to the specified address, yet the package wasn’t received.
  • Gift shipments sent to recipients who are out of town or otherwise unavailable to receive their shipment. Please notify the recipient of the arrival of perishables!
  • Package delivered but contents not refrigerated immediately, allowing for unnecessary spoilage.
  • Items that have been discarded or consumed.

2. Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make any changes to the order. However, in case of an emergency, should you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with our team to discuss the same.

3. Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable in the case of purchases as well as refunds.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We generally ship within a few hours and up to a maximum of 2 working days.
  • Delivery timelines may be affected in some cases when there is no availability of the product or the ordered product may not be deliverable. Vivanda Gourmet reserves the right to delay its deliveries in such cases.
